Adalah suatu fenomena sosial yang menjelaskan perilaku individu. Pada dasarnya, hal ini <\/em>adalah gagasan bahwa seseorang akan meniru perilaku orang lain saat dihadapkan pada situasi tertentu. Istilah ini diperkenalkan pada tahun 1984 oleh Robert Cialdini yang merupakan seorang psikolog. Testimoni dan review <\/em>dari pelanggan yang sudah menggunakan produk pun bisa menjadi social proof<\/em> yang efisien. Dari data Bright Local, diketahui bahwa 88% konsumen memercayai testimoni dan review <\/em>yang mereka baca di internet. Bahkan pengaruhnya sama seperti rekomendasi yang mereka dapat dari orang terdekat, lho<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Testimoni dan review <\/em>bisa didapat dari mana saja. Kamu bisa meminta langsung kepada pelanggan atau mengambilnya dari media sosial produk. Pilihlah testimoni yang menjelaskan pengalaman pelanggan dengan jelas dan runut. Akan lebih baik lagi kalau pelanggan juga mencantumkan identitas mereka agar tidak dianggap sebagai bot <\/em>atau interaksi yang tidak organik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
