Marketing funnel<\/em> secara sederhana memiliki tiga tahapan, yaitu TOFU, MOFU, dan BOFU. Berikut penjelasannya, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOFU (Brand Awareness<\/em><\/strong>)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

TOFU (Top of the Funnel)<\/em> bertujuan untuk membangun awareness visitor<\/em>. Kamu bisa mendapatkan manfaat ini dengan terlebih dulu menentukan apa saja tujuan kamu, misalnya menambah retargeting list<\/em>, meningkatkan offer awareness<\/em>, meningkatkan engagement<\/em>, meningkatkan website traffic<\/em>, dan lain sebagainya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MOFU (middle-of-funnel)<\/em> adalah tahap saat brand<\/em> memposisikan perusahaannya sebagai penyedia produk terbaik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tahapan ini paling sering dilupakan dan biasanya kurang didalami oleh para pemilik brand<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Padahal, MOFU memiliki banyak tujuan, lho<\/em>! Di antaranya adalah meningkatkan retargeting list<\/em>, menambah list email<\/em>, dan akuisisi pelanggan. Sebagai tahap pertengahan, MOFU memungkinkan kamu mengumpulkan contact visitor<\/em> atau customer<\/em> sebanyak-banyaknya untuk terus melakukan follow-up<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
