Terlebih saat ini cakupan <em>awareness <\/em>masyarakat tak hanya terbatas pada media <em>offline<\/em> (ATL), tetapi juga media <em>online <\/em>(TTL). Lebih luas lagi, <em>brand awareness <\/em>tak hanya dibutuhkan oleh sebuah produk dari <em>brand<\/em>, tapi juga oleh&nbsp; para <em>influencer<\/em> untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk lebih jelasnya, kali ini secara lengkap Allstars akan membahas tentang <em>brand awareness<\/em>, manfaatnya, serta cara untuk meningkatkannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pengertian dan Manfaat <em>Brand Awareness<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika diartikan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, <em>brand awareness<\/em> berarti kesadaran merek. Dengan memiliki <em>brand awareness<\/em> artinya masyarakat, konsumen, atau penggemar bisa langsung mengenali dan mengingat suatu merek atau sosok hanya dengan melihat warna, logo, karakter visual, gaya berbicara, dan lainnya yang menggambarkan identitas sebuah <em>brand <\/em>atau <em>influencer<\/em>. Tujuan dimilikinya <em>brand awareness <\/em>tentu saja sebagai \u201cbekal\u201d untuk memasarkan produk atau identitas demi mencapai target pemasaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih jauh lagi, tujuan dimilikinya <em>brand awareness <\/em>adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan keberadaan sebuah <em>brand <\/em>atau figur<\/li><li>Meningkatkan nilai jual<\/li><li>Mendapatkan konsumen atau penggemar baru<\/li><li>Menciptakan jaringan yang lebih luas<\/li><li>Menciptakan persepsi<\/li><li>Meningkatkan kepercayaan<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk memperkuat soal <em><a href=\"https:\/\/redcomm.co.id\/knowledges\/pengertian-brand-awareness-dan-manfaatnya-bagi-pemilik-usaha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">brand awareness<\/a> <\/em>ini, ada sebuah teori yang ditulis oleh Durianto dkk dalam bukunya yang berjudul <em>Brand Equity Trend<\/em>. Di dalam buku tersebut dijelaskan tahap-tahap masyarakat dalam mengenali sebuah merek. Berikut tahapannya bersama dengan contohnya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Belum mengenali merek (<em>unaware of brand<\/em>)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sebuah produk kecantikan dari <em>brand <\/em>baru bernama XYZ dirilis<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\"><li>Pengenalan merek (<em>brand recognition<\/em>)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Karena <em>brand <\/em>baru tersebut memasang <em>ads <\/em>di media sosial dan membuat akun di <em>marketplace<\/em>, seorang perempuan akhirnya mengetahui \u201ckeberadaan\u201d produk XYZ<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\"><li>Pengingat akan merek (<em>brand recall<\/em>)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Saat ingin mencari produk kecantikan yang baru, perempuan tersebut ingat akan adanya XYZ lalu mencarinya<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\"><li>Berada di puncak pikiran masyarakat (<em>top of mind<\/em>)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Setelah membeli dan menggunakan XYZ, perempuan tersebut merasa puas. Saat ditanya oleh rekannya tentang rekomendasi produk kecantikan, perempuan tersebut langsung merekomendasikan XYZ yang sudah menjadi <em>top of mind<\/em>-nya dalam produk kecantikan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari situ jelas terlihat bahwa untuk membangun <em>brand awareness <\/em>dibutuhkan beberapa langkah, berbagai strategi, serta waktu yang tidak sebentar. Butuh konsistensi di dalam pengembangan <em>brand awareness<\/em> untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cara Meningkatkan <em>Brand Awareness<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seperti yang sudah dijanjikan, kali ini Allstars akan membagikan cara untuk meningkatkan <em>brand awareness <\/em>untuk <em>brand <\/em>atau profilmu. Simak yuk!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membuat logo atau slogan yang menarik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal pertama yang bisa dilakukan adalah memiliki logo atau slogan yang <em>catchy<\/em>, unik, sekaligus merepresentasikan identitas <em>brand<\/em>. Hal ini sudah terbukti dengan banyaknya <em>brand <\/em>yang langsung bisa dikenali walau hanya memajang logo tanpa teks apa pun atau saat slogannya terdengar. Sebagai contoh, logo Facebook. Tanpa perlu memberikan penjelasan atau nama, hanya dengan melihat logonya saja pasti kamu bisa langsung mengenalinya. Diperlukan <em>brainstorming <\/em>yang mendalam, khususnya dengan team <em>creative<\/em>, <em>strategist<\/em>,<em> <\/em>dan <em>research <\/em>untuk mendapatkan hal ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memiliki media sosial&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cHari gini nggak punya media sosial?\u201d<\/em> Mungkin pertanyaan yang menyentil ini akan terlontar saat sebuah <em>brand <\/em>sama sekali tidak memiliki akun media sosial di <em>platform <\/em>mana pun. Di era digital seperti sekarang, merambah serta menguasai digital media adalah salah satu cara yang bisa menjangkau audiens dengan luas sehingga nantinya <em>brand awareness <\/em>akan semakin mudah dibangun. Pastikan <em>platform <\/em>media sosial yang dipilih juga relevan dengan produk yang ditawarkan,<em> ya<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membuat <em>website<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aset digital lainnya yang wajib dimiliki adalah <em>website<\/em>. Di sini adalah tempat orang-orang mencari informasi seputar <em>brand<\/em> lebih lanjut dan bahkan bisa terjadi pula penjualan di sini. Kelola <em>website <\/em>dengan informasi yang jelas dan <em>up to date<\/em>, sehingga kamu tak perlu kesusahan lagi dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh para konsumen. Bagi personal, <em>website <\/em>juga bisa menjadi media portofolio yang menampilkan apa saja yang sudah dan bisa dilakukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mengenalkan produk unggulan suatu <em>brand<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fokus pada produk yang diunggulkan agar mendapatkan tempat di hati masyarakat. Buat seolah produk atau profilmu adalah satu-satunya alias eksklusif. Selanjutnya, bangun juga persepsi akan produk lainnya agar <em>brand awareness <\/em>makin kuat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bekerja sama dengan merek lain (<em>co-branding<\/em>)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Di era seperti ini, kompetisi bukan lagi jalan untuk memenangkan \u201cpertandingan\u201d. Kamu bisa mengajak <em>brand <\/em>atau sosok lain untuk berkolaborasi demi mendapatkan pasar yang semakin luas serta inovasi untuk pengembangan produk baru lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memberikan hadiah atau <em>reward<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Strateginya adalah membagikan sesuatu secara cuma-cuma dengan kondisi atau syarat tertentu. Hal inilah yang kemudian akan memicu keinginan konsumen secara emosional, karena mereka akan mendapatkan sesuatu yang lebih dan pastinya akan menciptakan <em>brand awareness <\/em>yang besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bekerja sama dengan KOL atau <em>influencer<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, cara yang terakhir ini sudah banyak dilakukan oleh banyak <em>brand<\/em>, sekaligus sang <em>influencer <\/em>itu sendiri. Dengan menggunakan jasa <em>influencer <\/em>yang relevan dengan produk, maka perluasan pasar akan terjadi. Tentu saja hal ini didasari oleh <em>brand awareness <\/em>yang sudah dimiliki oleh <em>influencer <\/em>tersebut sendiri. Sebaliknya, seorang <em>influencer <\/em>juga bisa meningkatkan <em>brand awareness<\/em>-nya adalah karena bekerja sama dengan suatu <em>brand <\/em>atau produk tertentu.
