Apa itu “Influencer marketing”? kini menjadi terminologi yang sudah umum di dunia bisnis. Kita kerap melihat tren ini, di mana para selebritas yang di-endorse oleh brand. Tak hanya menghiasi layar TV atau iklan-iklan tradisional saja. Tapi juga “mendominasi” media sosial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di balik naiknya frase “influencer marketing”,\u00a0<\/em>sebenarnya ini bukanlah konsep baru. Banyak yang melihat bahwa pemasaran menggunakan\u00a0influencer\u00a0<\/em>sebagai evolusi dari fenomena pemasaran yang sangat kuat. Dan sudah ada bahkan sebelum TV:\u00a0word of mouth.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketika seorang individu menyampaikan informasi seputar produk, servis, atau\u00a0brand\u00a0<\/em>lewat interaksi personal. Itulah yang disebut pembicaraan dari mulut ke mulut\/word of mouth.\u00a0<\/em>Cara ini adalah cara pemasaran yang sudah terbukti efektif, apalagi datang dari orang yang benar-benar menggunakan produk atau servis tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bahkan, di era digital ini, word of mouth <\/em>masih menjadi cara yang ampuh untuk pemasaran. Laporan Global Trust Advertising <\/em>Nielsen menunjukkan bahwa 83% konsumer mempercayai rekomendasi dari orang yang mereka kenal. Angka ini lebih tinggi dari iklan di TV, yang dipercaya oleh 63% konsumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lewat media sosial, bagaimana pun, interaksi personal melampaui percakapan di antara keluarga, teman, bahkan kolega, namun terjadi secara\u00a0online.\u00a0<\/em>Interaksi yang terjadi bahkan kini semakin luas karena tak hanya melibatkan interaksi dengan orang yang kita kenal. namun juga dengan orang-orang yang belum pernah kita temui sebelumnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persona-persona menarik dan inspiratif yang belum pernah Anda temui. 1. Mega Influencers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mega-influencers <\/em>punya follower <\/em>mencapai jutaan. Biasanya, mereka adalah selebritas yang menggunakan media online<\/em> untuk berhubungan dengan fan base <\/em>yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Dengan jumlah pengikut yang besar ini, bagaimana pun, engagement <\/em>para influencer <\/em>ini terbatas dari 2 – 5 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Macro Influencers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Macro-influencer <\/a><\/em>mempunyai 10 ribu sampai 1 juta follower<\/em>, dan engagement <\/em>mereka sekitar 5-25%. Macro influencer biasanya memiliki konten non-promosi lebih banyak sehingga membuat jangkauan mereka lebih terjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
